Greek Yogurt Parfait with Nuts and Berries
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- Optional: drizzle of sugar-free honey or low-carb sweetener
Instructions
- In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped nuts and fresh berries over the yogurt.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, nuts, and berries.
- Top with unsweetened shredded coconut.
- Drizzle with sugar-free honey or a low-carb sweetener if desired.
