Avocado Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocados, diced celery, diced red onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix everything together until well combined, being careful not to mash the avocado too much.
- Serve the avocado tuna salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
- Enjoy as is or use the lettuce leaves to make wraps.
