Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Caesar dressing (sugar-free)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and grilled chicken.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
