Scrambled Eggs with Avocado and Bacon
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a non-stick skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the eggs into the same skillet used for bacon and cook over low heat, stirring gently, until they reach your desired consistency.
- Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and serve with sliced avocado and bacon on the side.
